This is how we do it

This is our heritage, grown in volcanic enriched soil with unique minerals and a process that with the help of technology and hardworking hands make each avocado into a treasure, to meet the highest standards of quality worldwide.
Orchard
We first harvest the avocados manually when they have reached an adequate level of maturation, placing them in special sacks, and then changing them to the plastic boxes in which they will be transported to the packing house.


Packaging
When avocados arrive at the packing house, we empty the plastic boxes to carefully clean each piece and select them according to their quality. They are then labeled and separated by weight, packed by hand in cardboard boxes, and placed on pallets. Finally, they pass through cooling tunnels to keep them in optimal conditions until their destination.

Transport
The long journey of avocados to their destination begins when the fruit is loaded into the container and transported to the shipping point.
Importer
Once they have arrived at the shipping point, the avocados are stored cold according to the route they will travel. And, in case the destination warrants it, an ethylene treatment is given, and they are cold stored again.
Retailer
Once the fruit reaches its destination, it is delivered to the retailer to be offered to the final consumer.
